Allergens
Flower Cake Company products are crafted in a kitchen that handles allergens. Although we exercise utmost care and precaution, we cannot assure complete absence of all trace elements and allergens.
We will always label any allergens in our products.
Allergens: CELERY, CEREALS containing GLUTEN (such as wheat, barley and oats), CRUSTACEANS (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters), EGGS, FISH, LUPIN, MILK, MOLLUSCS (such as mussels and oysters), MUSTARD, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, SESAME, SOYBEANS, SULPHUR DIOXIDE and SULPHATES.

Colours
Flower Cake Company cakes, cupcakes and and other products may require the use of food colouring, which may vary from product to product. If information is required about specific colours for your order please contact us.
Southampton Six: Unfortunately particular colours may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. These artificial colours are: sunset yellow FCF (E110), quinoline yellow (E104), carmoisine (E122), allura red (E129), tartrazine (E102), ponceau 4R (E124). Where possible we try to find alternatives to these colours. When no alternatives are available we will always label our products.

Non-Edible Items
Some of our cakes/cupcakes/bouquets contain non-edible items/parts such as ribbons, toppers, wooden dowels, flower picks etc. It is your responsibility to ensure these items are removed before cutting and/or consuming the products and we accept no responsibility for any harm these might cause.
